Bad Gin also plays with more refreshing flavours, while keeping its spicy nature, paired with cordial pear and chamomile, lime juice, mint leaves and ginger beer.
Use the shake and fine strain technique.
Shake all ingredients and pour filtering, so that ice and any solid residue does not end up in the glass: use 50ml Bad Gin, 20ml cordial pear and chamomile, 10ml lime juice and 5 mint leaves.
Finally, add ginger beer and complete the cocktail with mint leaves.
A cocktail for bold palates, Bad Gin comes in combination with cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, black pepper and Tabasco.
In a mixing glass, crush one cherry tomato cut in half with 15ml fresh lemon juice, 15ml liquid sugar, a few black and green peppercorns, and 4 to 8 drops of Tabasco.
The degree of ripeness of the cherry tomato affects the final taste; a fruit that is not too ripe is recommended. Then pour 45ml Bad Gin over the mixture.
Fill the mixing glass with ice and shake vigorously. Finally, pour into a previously chilled glass, filtering through a strainer and complete with a generous lemon twist.
